Returns

 

After receiving your order, you can return or exchange any product that shows damage or irregularities.

For this, you must contact us within a maximum period of 15 days after delivery, communicating the intention to return or exchange a product, indicating the order number and the products to be returned. In response to your contact, we will send you an email with all the information necessary for the return process.

After proceeding according to the instructions mentioned in the email and receiving the return of the complete products, with all their components, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without being used, you will receive a new product, voucher or a refund by the same payment method used (depending on the situation). Bear in mind that we do not exchange or return Coffrets.

 

Refund

In case of a refund, it may take up to 14 working days to be processed.

Any refund to be made by POPKISS will be made through the same original payment method, or discount voucher.

For the sake of preserving the security of customer data, certain information may be requested by our team to validate the respective refund, as we do not have access to some more sensitive personal data.

 

For the return or exchange to be accepted, you must respect the following rules:

  • The product must be sealed in its original packaging.
  • Keep intact the product seal, or any other protection marks.
  • The product to be returned cannot be a Coffret, since it is not sealed.
  • Ensure that the product complies with all the components that accompany it: samples, gifts, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions.

 

The cost of transport will be refunded in cases where the order sent is incorrect or if the product has a defect of origin.

In all other cases, we will refund the entire value of the item, with the exception of transport.
